It’s a double whammy blast from the past as Orlimar announced today that it is partnering with the famed Tad Moore to design new Orlimar putters under the banner of the Signature Series.
The series will consist of four models to be released in October at a suggested retail of $199.
Tad Moore has been in the club design business since 1963. Now, here he is at the 50-year mark in his career, set to launch a new line of putters (pictured here are covers from Moore’s own earlier line).
John Runyon, CEO and president of Orlimar, said the company was drawn to Moore’s reputation for innovation and quality. Moore praised Orlimar, stating, “They always had a strong reputation for innovation, quality and value. I hope with this new putter line, together we can bring the Orlimar brand back even stronger.”
