Rickie Fowler on Sunday made the smooth transition from creamsicle-clad heartthrob to PGA Tour winner, sealing the deal on the first playoff hole at the Wells Fargo Championship.
As Michael Collins of ESPN said, “For him getting that first win with all the commercial endorsement deals he had, the pressure of not becoming golf’s Anna Kournikova was big.”
Rickie Fowler’s putter is a Scotty Cameron by Titleist Select GoLo mallet. The GoLo is a slightly asymmetric half moon-style mallet that is milled from 303 stainless steel. It has a thick topline and an inset black sightline. It comes with a choice of no offset or 3/4 offset (Fowler’s is the latter).
The GoLo includes Cameron’s Select weighting technology, with weights embedded in the heel and toe for enhanced balance and stability. The GoLo also features a “triple angled sole for square set up with camber for smooth takeaway.”
